Willow Place Program Details

Session Times
• Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM
• Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Fees & Accessibility
• First visit is free!
• Session fees range from $30–$50 per 3-hour session, based on our sliding scale.
• Clients may stay through lunch and bring their own meal for a $10 midday supervision fee.
• Scholarships are available with a completed financial aid application.

Willow Place is proud to be a DDA Certified Respite Care Provider, offering safe, enriching support for eligible clients.

Morning Session:

9:00am-10:00am is Social hour. We provide group activities and games.

10:00am-11:00am is fitness hour. We do group fitness activites and games, such as: Zumba, Yoga, Red light/Green light, the large parachute, ect.

11:00am-12:00pm is Arts & Crafts hour. We do arts and crafts and provide all the supplies needed.

12:00pm-1:00pm is our lunch hour.

Afternoon Session:

1:00pm-2:00pm is Social hour. We provide group activities and games.

2:00pm-3:00pm is fitness hour. We do group fitness activites and games, such as: Zumba, Yoga, Red light/Green light, the large parachute, ect.

3:00pm-4:00pm is Arts & Crafts hour. We do arts and crafts and provide all the supplies needed. 

We do have a  monthly calendar with everyday activities that you can look at ahead of time.
