Hello Willow Place Community!

We still have a few open time slots for the pods groups!  If you are interested each pod is 3 hours long, 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm.  DDA Respite hours are available for qualified individuals or scholarships are available on request.

As a reminder, here are the precautions we are CURRENTLY taking for your safety:

  • All staff and clients will be temperature screened upon arrival
  • Clients and/or caregivers who exhibit any COVID-like symptoms will be sent home
  • Only people attending the session will be permitted to enter the building
  • Facial coverings will be optional in public spaces at all times, even during fitness
  • Games and activities will be socially distanced
  • Any extra items brought from home will need to be sanitized and stored in our new “lockers”
  • Outdoor activities will be offered whenever possible (please bring warm layers)
  • Ability-appropriate signage throughout building will explain hand-washing and face masks
  • Regular hand-washing and sanitizing will be enforced
  • New hospital-grade air filtration system installed
  • Extensive facility cleaning and disinfecting of often-touched surfaces during and after each session

The CDC has stated that fully-vaccinated individuals can participate in public activities without a mask.  Please remember that this is optional and individuals are assessing their comfort with masks and vaccines on their own terms.  Willow Place is not requiring clients or staff to be vaccinated in order to participate in programs, however we are hearing out interest in a fully-vaccinated pod that would allow clients to recreate with other fully-vaccinated clients and staff without masks if they are comfortable, with proof of vaccination.  If you are interested, please respond here: Included below are links to the latest information from the CDC regarding vaccinated individuals and continuing to wear masks.  Stay Healthy!
